I could write an essay about how much we loved working with Buccos. Going with Buccos for my roof, soffits, fascia, and downspouts was the best decision I made. It's stressful and is an investment to do all this work, and Buccos really goes the extra mile in communication, customer service and work ethos, which made the week fly by stress-free. I was so impressed about how meticulous they were each day about cleaning as well. I live in a neighborhood where the houses are close together, and the project manager, Cody, made sure to tidy any areas near our property line and just overall ease any concern. Cody and his whole crew were just the best.

From the estimate process with Marshall to the physical project with Cody Brown as my project manager our entire experience with Buccos has been amazing! The communication is outstanding, they are always sure to give any updates along the way and very responsive with any questions! My wife and I are very happy with the work performed, we had a larger project and it was tackled very well. We had such a great experience with Buccos Roofing. We needed a full roof replacement and they took incredible care of us, from start to finish. Everyone was courteous and professional, from Kathy who helped begin the process, to Jace our project consultant and especially Domenic our project manager. Communication was excellent throughout and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. Scheduling was simple and accurate. The estimate was accurate too and reflected our final cost without any surprises. And the crew they sent to do the work... What can I say? If you think you work hard at your job and you want to keep telling yourself that, DON'T STAY AND WATCH THESE GUYS GO! These men would outwork 99% of the human beings on this planet and keep a great attitude while they do it. They did impeccable work and finished on time. The clean up was quick and careful. I couldn't be happier. The roof looks great and we've got a nice long warranty so I can finally relax. I'm grateful to my neighbor for recommending Buccos. She got a great roof and now, so do I!

My experience with Buccos Roofing has been nothing but positive from the beginning. We are first-time homeowners who (unfortunately) needed a roof on the home we were purchasing. We initially met Chris W. at the Pittsburgh Home & Garden show and he was extremely approachable, informative and not pushy by any means. After meeting with Buccos and a couple other companies at the home & garden show, we scheduled estimates on the house. Out of the three estimates I received, Chris (and Buccos) were the most informative, efficient and reasonable. I received my estimate the same day that Chris went out to the house. After receiving the estimate, Chris really took the time to explain the process to us and how roofing works (I had no idea, I never put a roof on before). We were quick to place a deposit after our positive experience. This positive experience only continued throughout the remainder of the project. After deciding on a color shingle and waiting for permits to come in (which Buccos took care of!) we were assigned our project manager, Dominic F. Dominic was nothing but responsive and transparent from the start. He quickly called to schedule a date for us (in which he was able to squeeze us in fairly fast!) and explain how the production process worked. We did have to move our project date back once due to a slight issue but Dominic was quick to communicate that and quick to schedule me for another day (which was only one day later). On our project day, the team was extremely efficient, clean and courteous. We moved in the same day they were placing the roof and everyone was great (even though I’m sure we were an inconvenience to them). Dominic and the crew lead were super informative while we were there and helped to explain some small issues our existing roof had (such as sagging plywood, which they fixed). Additionally, the team really took the time to clean our yard of any potential debris. Now, I catch myself admiring our new roof. The Buccos Team has only been positive and I cannot recommend them enough. Although I (respectfully) hope I don’t have to put another roof on for 20+ years, I will ONLY use Buccos Roofing from here on out. I’m extremely grateful for everything Chris and Dominic have done for us.

We had Buccos do our roof, gutters, downspouts, took down the chimney, rebuild the roof at the chimney, and waiting for 5 new windows to be put in. First the quote was extremely well put together and explained everything they were quoting, down to how many elbows where going to be used on the downspouts. Then came the day for the roof. The project manager Chris texted and talked with me the couple days before. We had to push a day due to rain, which made total sense. During the entire two days of the work Chris uploaded over 200 pictures to a website for us to watch all the progress. He would even watch and make sure my kids and wife could leave and come back safely. The clean up after the roof was done was amazing. I walked our entire yard and found one nail and that was it. They really did an amazing job.

The project was well-managed, transparent (with photo updates!), and the results exceeded expectations. Worth every penny—highly recommend!

Bucco’s Roofing is the BEST!! Sam went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my color choices for my siding and roof. He was so patient with my decision-making and so helpful with guiding me in the right direction! He had great input and is so very friendly and personable! He also has a lot of great baseball tips! Chris was the project manager and showed up on the job to make sure everything was going smoothly and to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns! He is also super friendly and personable! I introduced him to his first ever Buster bar from Dairy Queen! The crew was great & my home looks fantastic! I honestly am so glad that I chose Buccos and would highly recommend them!

My husband and I hired Buccos to replace the roof on our 150-year-old house. Every person we interacted with at Buccos from start to finish of the project was a pleasure to work with. Jace did a wonderful job reviewing the initial quote for our roof, and provided informative visuals to help us understand the scope of the project. Our project manager Manny was also very helpful and a great communicator. We were dealing with a family illness during our roofing project and the link to drone photos made it possible for us to stay informed on progress without having to be in person and Manny stayed in touch through every phase of the job. The crew did a fantastic job and they left our property in immaculate shape after the roof was finished. We are so pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Buccos!

I was happy with Bucco’s from the first phone call I made to them. Kathy (?) was very friendly, helpful and great to talk to. Chris Wilcox, from sales came out and we talked and he answered any and all questions that I had. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them mainly because of the itemized estimate they provide detailing everything they will do with pricing. Cody Brown, project manager, was also very nice and professional keeping us updated previous to the start of the work. I also liked how pictures were taken while they worked giving us progress reports. The workers arrived at 7 am as scheduled and worked for 12 hours with a break for lunch and finished up at 7 pm. They were awesome- hard workers and very courteous. You would never have known they were here after their meticulous cleanup. If you are in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend Bucco’s. They did a professional and beautiful job for us and we are extremely happy!
